All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@myprimejewelry.com if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Eligibility for Damage Claims

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or defects, the item may need to be returned or additional photo/video proof may be requested for verification purposes.

How to Report an Issue

To start a claim, please email support@myprimejewelry.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address via email.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

All items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be shipped once the claim is processed.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
